Another african Christmas season

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas holiday and a great start to the new year. I know we are halfway through the second month of the ear but I thought I'd share a few pics of what I was upto. Christmas was spent with the rest of the volunteers inNamibia in Swakopmund. We celebrated with a braai and a round of secret santa. It was very weird not being able to celebrate with my family but I still had a wonderful Christmas time and am happy that I got to have another african Christmas.

We decided to spend the last few days of 2023 in Cape Town. We took an Intercape from WDK to CPT, the journey was hot and took about 22 hours. We had a great time and even though New Years Eve wasn't as loud and the sky wasn't as colorful it was really nice to experience new years in a different way.

For the last week of our holidays I flew to Mozambique to see old friends and visit my old stomping grounds. It was great to see everyone again but I was very happy to fly to Namibia again.
